Our community spaces are open Monday through Friday during business hours for Day Passes, meeting room reservations, and tours. However, many of our memberships include extended or 24/7 access, giving you the flexibility to work when inspiration strikes or your schedule demands it.

If you need access beyond our posted hours, we'd be happy to help you find the membership that best fits the way you work.

No! Our meeting rooms and private office day rentals are available to both members and non-members. Whether you're hosting a client meeting, collaborating with your team, or simply need a professional space for the day, we'd love to welcome you.

Tours typically take 20 to 30 minutes and include a walk through our workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, amenities, membership options, and, most importantly, a chance to learn about you and how The Desk & Easel can help you find where you belong.

Absolutely! We know great ideas often happen through collaboration. Members are welcome to invite clients or guests to meet with them in our shared spaces or reserve a meeting room for added privacy.

If you'll be bringing larger groups or hosting a meeting, we recommend reserving one of our meeting spaces to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to connect.

We believe flexibility helps people thrive. Most memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract, so you can choose the option that fits your needs today and adjust as your business grows.

If you decide it's time to move on, simply provide a 30-day written notice to cancel your membership. We're grateful to have been part of your journey and hope you'll always feel welcome at The Desk & Easel.

Parking is easy! Free street parking is available throughout downtown Denison, with additional public parking nearby. The Desk & Easel is conveniently located between the Conductor and Roundhouse parking lots, making it easy to find a spot just a short walk from our front door.

Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our private offices, provided they follow our Dog Policy. We want The Desk & Easel to be a comfortable space for everyone, so we ask all pet owners to help keep our community clean, safe, and enjoyable for both people and their four-legged coworkers.
