OUR BEGINNING
The Desk & Easel Creative Coworking Space began as a place that offered entrepreneurs a non-coffee shop environment in which to work and provide opportunities to connect with similar people and our downtown community. It has now grown into a vibrant hub of connectivity.
OUR VALUES
We continue to provide a beautiful workplace environment where we value connecting people and resources to help build their businesses and grow our community. Because we believe we are better when we are together, our coworking space is designed to maximize the benefits of inspired meetups at the coffee bar, engaging conversations over lunch on the back patio and space to focus in on getting work done.
OUR GUIDELINES
Our community thrives on the contributions of our members to make The Desk and Easel a safe and inclusive place to work because we not only share the workspace, but we also share the responsibility. As a member, it is your responsibility to clean up after yourself and your guests (you work here, your mom doesn’t), remember to read the room, it is important to notice if others have their head down focusing to get work down or they are working but can say hello as you walk by. We are a members-only coworking space. That being said, we are here to welcome your guests but they are your responsibility while here and must adhere to our community guidelines.
