Not everyone needs a place to work away from home, but everyone needs somewhere decent to meet a client. The conference room seats 10 and books by the hour whether or not you hold a membership with us.

A furnished private office for a full eight hour day, 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. You do not need a membership to book one.

An hour behind a closed door.
For the interview, the consultation, or the call that should not happen in a coffee shop. The office is furnished with a desk, a chair, a small sofa and two accent chairs, so it works as a meeting room as easily as a workspace.

What the booking covers
The indoor booking is by the hour and covers the downstairs lounge area and kitchen. The four hour package adds the outdoor entertainment area once the patio opens. The space is available after 5pm Monday through Friday, and from 9am to 11pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Setup and breakdown happen inside the four hours, so plan the run of the evening with that in mind. There is a full kitchen for your caterer and an outdoor trough sink for cold drinks. Hire a local musician for the patio and it becomes a different night entirely.
Holding your date
The reservation is payable in full when you book, which is what holds the date and time for you. Cancel more than 72 hours out and you receive a 50% refund less a $25 processing fee. Inside 72 hours the reservation is not refundable.
You can move your event to another available date and time at no extra cost. A rescheduled event that is then cancelled is not eligible for a refund.

Equipped before you get here
Our conference rooms come equipped with what a working meeting needs: smart TVs, video conferencing camera and speakers, whiteboards and projection screens. There is a copier and printer on site, and coffee from CJ's, water and snacks are out for you and your guests.
You do not need a membership to book one. The rooms are available by the hour whether or not you work here the rest of the month. Members on a private office membership get monthly booking hours in the conference room included in their membership.
Lunch is a walk away
We are on historic Main Street in downtown Denison, so there is a row of food and drink options steps from the door. Have a meal catered in, or walk the team out for lunch and come back to the room as you left it.
